State Inclusion/Exclusions

• “Qualifying nonwarranty repairs” means nonwarranty repairs that would be covered by the warranty of a manufacturer, importer, or distributor if the vehicle being repaired was covered by the warranty. The term does not include routine maintenance.

Notes: If the State Statute does not specifically list the item as excluded, the OEM will use their own definition on what to exclude from the submission. Dealer may apply once per 12-month period.
